1- Which payment method do you accept?

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
2- Do you offer flexible financing (installments)?

Yes, we offer flexible financing (installments) for our US Customers, and you can pay in 4 equal installments with 0% interest. Please make sure to select Shop pay during check out.
3- Which payment method is accepted if i use the option to pay in installments?

Shop Pay Installments is available for purchases made using a debit card or credit card.
4- What if I made a return on a purchase made through installments?

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

• A smaller payment balance on the final payment.
• Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to their original debit card or credit card payment method.

Shipping & Return:
1- where do you ship and how much it cost?

We ship to USA and Internationally. For US we offer free shipping for orders over $150. For international orders shipping time and rate will vary from country to country, for more information please view our shipping policy.

2- Do i need to pay custom duties?

For international orders, you may need to pay for custom duties by yourself.
3- What if i don't like the jewelry after i receive it?

Don’t worry at all, we offer 30 days return no question asked. You need to contact us through the contact us form and we will let you know where to send the package. Just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original card.
4- What is your return policy?

We offer 30-days return, if you are not happy with the product you can return it within 30 days from the day of delivery. Please view our return policy for more information.
